在美国摄影学会(PSA)2012年10月份的电子快报中，发布了一项关于调整会员费的决议，自2013年1月1日起，对PSA会员的类别结构和会员费进行调整，届时将增设电子会员类别，取消联合会员和老年人会员。另外，2年和3年会籍可享有同样的折扣，并对会员费进行相应调整(详见下文)。

PSA会费和类别结构变更通知

As mentioned in the August 2012 and October 2012 On My Mind articles in the PSA Journal by Lynn Thompson and Elena McTighe, the Board of Directors approved an increase in membership fees, effective January 1, 2013. This new fee structure will not only go to improving membership benefits and resources, but will help to preserve our fiscal health and ensure the Society’s future.

Along with the membership fee increase, you will see a new membership category: Digital Membership. As the chart below shows, the Digital Membership fees are the same for all members, anywhere in the world. This category of membership will include all of the benefits of PSA membership, but the members will NOT receive a printed copy of the PSA Journal each month. Instead, an interactive, digital version of the Journal will be available for viewing on the PSA website, or on a mobile device (e-Readers, iPads, tablets, etc.). This is the perfect solution for our members who may have difficulty receiving the Journal on a regular basis.

会费上调后，将出现一个新的会员类别：电子会员。如下图所示，电子会员的会费与世界各地的其它会员都一样。电子会员类别包含PSA会员的所有福利，但不会收到PSA每月邮寄的会刊。电子会员可以到PSA网站或通过电子书、iPad、平板电脑等浏览电子版的月刊。这将会很好地解决有些会员难以收到会刊的难题。

The same discounted two-year and three-year membership options are available; plus, we have added a five-year option. You will also notice that two membership categories are not listed below: Joint membership and Senior membership are no longer available.

2年和3年会籍可享有同样的折扣。另外，我们还增加了5年会籍的选项。您也会注意到后面的表格中没有列出两种会员类别：联合会员和老年人会员。这两种会员将不再存在。

If you choose Digital Membership, but decide you would like a printed copy of any issue, you will still be able to purchase printed Journals, for as long as supplies last. This includes the annual Who’s Who publication. The cost to purchase individual Journal copies is $5.00US. Any member has the option of purchasing Journal back-issues.

如您选择电子会员资格，仍想要印刷版的会刊，只要会刊还有存货您就可以自行购买。当然也包括年度世界摄影名人录。每本会刊的价格是5美元。每位会员都可以自行购买以往版本的会刊。

The current membership fee structure will be in effect through December 31 2012. Members may take advantage of early renewal of membership through this date.
