The closing ceremony of 2011 PSAChina International Exhibition of Photography was hold by Ms. Li Wang, Chairman of the Committee, in the meeting room of PSA China on Nov.4th, 2011.

Nine top-class international judges including Mr. John Davis- President of PSA, Mr. Hengry C. NG- Vice President (Service) of PSA, Mr. Thomas Lang- President of Asia Pacific Chapter, International Exhibition Committee of PSA, Mr. Daduan Deng- Lead IR (International Representative) of PSA for the China Region, Mr. John Dean- PSA PTD Immediate Past Chair, Mr. Bill Dart-PSA Print Judging Consultant, Mr. Tom Icklan- PSA Electronic Image Division (EID) 1st Vice Chair, Mr. Zongqi Wu- IR (International Representative) of PSA and Mr. Dexiong Zheng- IR (International Representative) of PSA, as well as the staff of the committee of 2011 PSAChina International Exhibition of Photography participated in the ceremony.

Ms. Li Wang, Chairman of the Committee, presented the elegant Chinese style certificates and sent the Exhibition plaques to the judges. . 

Then on behalf of the judge panel, Mr. Daduan Deng-Lead IR (International Representative) of PSA for the China Region, made a speech. Firstly he expressed his gratitude for the hard work of the judges, and said “The entries of 2011 PSAChina International Exhibition of Photography are mostly good images with diversified themes. All the judges strictly conformed to PSA judging rules, followed the principles of fairness, impartialness and openness, and carefully made the judging for each image of each entrant, which ensured the authority of the exhibition. Beside, the committee made a good organization and preparation. As the first exhibition that PSA China has had, 2011 PSAChina International Exhibition of Photography was very successful.”

In the ceremony, Mr. John Davis spoke highly of the exhibition organizer-PSA China and said “During the past few days, I had an opportunity to know more about the excellence of the team. Everybody was open with each other and made their efforts to do a good job. The whole team showed a spirit with high profession and devotion. And we learnt a lot from all of you. The exhibition was very well organized. The expected goal has been achieved. Congratulations on the success of the exhibition!” After the speech, Mr. John Davis presented the blue IR medal for Mr. Thomas Lang, Mr. Zongqi Wu and Mr. Dexiong Zheng for their outstanding contributions on the development of PSA.

Finally, all the judges left their best wishes and signature on the flag of the exhibition, which meant the closing of the judging. In the following days, the committee was busy with the arrangement of the judging results.
