Introduction

第二届中国浙江湘湖国际摄影大赛面向全球摄影人征集作品，获得PSA美国摄影学会（认证号:PSA 2018-211）和GPU国际摄影家联盟认证（认证号：L180040），所获成绩皆计入两个大组织名衔积分(“湘湖”旅游主题组除外), 获奖成绩可作为作者申请加入浙江省摄影家协会的条件之一。

The 2nd Zhejiang (Xianghu lake) International Photography Exhibition is open to all photographers in the world. It has been recognized by PSA （PSA 2018-211）and GPU（L180040）. All acceptances will be sent to the PSA for credit towards “Star Rating” and “Who’s Who in Photography” (except “Xianghu Lake” theme).

Sections

“一般”组 / General Section

参赛作品不限主题，彩色，黑白均可。

Any subject, theme or technique photos, with more than one color or monochrome color are eligible.

“自然” / Nature section

参赛作品严格限于使用摄影手段表现自然，不包括人类学和考古学的范畴，必须具有真实性。内容的本身价值比图片的质量更为重要。必须排除人类的因素，除非极少数可加强表现自然的情况。人工制造和培养的动植物种类，动植物标本及明显为摄影而做的摆布，将不被接受，当然也包括任何对作品的后期加工，使其失去了真实性。野生动植物被定义为在自然中自由生长，不受限制和人工养殖的生物体。

Nature photography is restricted to the use of the photographic process to depict all branches of natural history, except anthropology and archeology, and should be in its honest presentation. The story telling value of a photograph must be weighed more than the pictorial quality while maintaining high technical quality. Human elements shall not be present, except where those human elements are integral parts of the nature story such as nature subjects. Techniques that add, relocate, replace or remove any element of the original image, except by cropping, are not permitted. The only allowable adjustments are removal of dust or digital noise, restoration of the appearance of the original scene, and complete conversion to greyscale monochrome. Other derivations, including infrared, are not permitted. All allowed adjustments must appear natural.

“旅游”组  / Travel section

参赛作品表现特定的时间和地点下，风光和自然状态下的人类生活和文化，没有地域限制。失去环境特点的超近摄，影室风格的模特摆拍，及对影像的后期加工使其失去环境特点，改变内容的作品均不能被本组接受。不能移动，复制，添加或删减照片中的元素，只允许改变图像尺寸和裁剪，局部提亮和压暗及调整偏色以恢复本真的色彩。不能使用特殊效果滤镜及红外效果，锐化须呈现自然的效果。允许整幅作品转成黑白效果。

A Photo Travel image expresses the characteristic features or culture of a land as they are found naturally. There are no geographic limitations. Images from events or activities arranged specifically for photography, or of subjects directed or hired for photography are not appropriate. Close up pictures of people or objects must include features that provide information about the environment. “湘湖”旅游主题组  / “Xianghu Lake” theme

参赛作品参照旅游组标准，但内容须围绕杭州湘湖的风光及风土人情主题。

Images same as travel section but all focus on Xianghu Lake, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

以上每组最多投四张，彩色黑白均可，标题必须为中文或英文，不能以“无题”作为标题。

Each sections there is a maximum of 4 digital files with color or monochrome. Titles should be English or Chinese. NO TITLE is not allowed.

投稿通道

（1）参赛作品须通过大赛官方网站www.zjchinaphoto.com在线提交，不接受邮寄光盘和冲印作品。每位参赛者选择至少一个组别参赛，每组别最多可提交4幅作品。同一作品只能参加一个组别。

（2）参赛作品应提交作品中文名或英文名。不同作品名称不得重复，不得使用照相机自动生成的序列文件名或无题代替。

（3）参赛作品的任何位置，不得出现作者的标识、标记、水印、姓名或签名，作品必须无边框。作品长边不大于2560像素，不小于1280像素，提交作品数字文件必须为JPG文件格式，文件大小不大于3M。

1. All photos should be uploaded through our website: www.zjchinaphoto.com and pay entry fee by paypal or alipay online. We do not accept email or CD/DVD by mail.

2. Every entry shall have a Chinese title or English title. Different works must not have the same title. No entry shall use the serial filenames automatically generated by the camera or “No Title” as their titles. One photo should not be in different sections.

3. No entry shall have the photographer’s sign, mark, watermark, name or signature in any place. No entry shall have a frame. Files must be JPEG format, the maximum length is 1920 pixels, and maximum height is 1080pixels, maximum for each photo is 3M each.

作品评选

Assessment of Entries

大展将由九名专业、权威的评委担任评审工作（含至少两位海外评委）。

为了公平，公正，权威，由国际专家评审委员会进行评选。评审委员会的决定为最终决定，不得修改，不得上诉。

The exhibition will have nine professional and authoritative judges (including at least two overseas judges) to assess the entries.

In order to be fair, impartial and authoritative, the international expert jury shall assess the entries. The jury’s decision shall be final and shall not be amended or appealed.

参赛费用

Entry Fee

遵循国际影赛通行标准，本赛事收取参赛费，标准如下：

1、中国大陆参赛者，不限组别，统一参赛费人民币￥80元；

2、海外参赛者（含港澳台地区），统一参赛费美元$15。

Entrants of Mainland China RMB80 each and from overseas USD15each no matter how many sections.

特别说明

Attention

（1）参赛作品不得含有涉嫌违反有关法律法规以及社会公序良俗的内容，大赛组委有权对违规作品进行处理。

（2）参赛者应保证其对参赛作品拥有独力、完整的著作权，作品不得侵犯第三人的任何权利。参赛者本人承担任何侵权行为的法律责任。大赛组委会有权按照法律规定进行处理一切侵权行为。

（3）对于所有参赛作品，主办单位有权在出版画册、相关宣传、出版物（含网络和电子出版物）中使用，不再另付稿酬。

1. No entry shall contain content that violates relevant laws or public order and good custom. The Exhibition Organizing Committee shall have the right to dispose works that break the rule.

2. Participants shall ensure that they have the sole and complete copyright of their entries, and the works shall not infringe any rights of any third party. The participants shall bear the legal responsibility for any infringement. The Exhibition Organizing Committee shall have the right to handle all infringements by law.
