CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright. For digital imaging section(s) images may be acquired digitally, or scanned from traditional film to create a digital file. 稿件必须是本人拍摄和后期修饰。会方对稿件有权进行：非商业复制，展示，印刷出版并无报酬。在拍摄获取数码图像外，允许扫描传统胶片以获得数码图像。
2. All images will be projected and/or used in the CD Program. 所有图片均有可能被收录在数码光碟内。
3. This exhibition is open to anyone; however an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions.这是一个公开比赛，但是主办方面有权取消它认为不合资格的稿件。
4. Entry is not limited to images created and or modified digitally.稿件允许后期美化加工，修改。
5. All images must be original and may not incorporate elements projected by anyone else. 稿件必须是本人拍摄和后期修饰。
6. Once an image has been accepted in a PSA recognized exhibition, that same image. Or a like “ in camera” or a “reproduction” duplicate of that image:
a. May not be re-entered in any section of the same Division in that exhibition regardless of media, format, or title.
b. May not be re-titled for entry in any section of the same Division in that exhibition。
以往入围稿件，同一稿件（或类似稿件）不匀许以任何形式（再创作，或重新命名， 等等。。）再次投稿于同一组别的比赛。
7. The same image may be entered in only one section and not have been accepted in the same section of a previous PSNY Exhibition.同一稿件在同一届比赛只可投稿一个以往没被入选的组别。
8. Each digital section’s entry is limited to four (4) images. Format: 8-bit.JPEG, and RGB color profile. Horizontal dimension (1024 or less), Vertical dimension(768 or less), The image size should not exceed 800 kb pixel and should be flattened. All images must be rotated as intended to be viewed. 每一组别最多可投四张稿。格式：8-bit.JPEG。SRGB颜色。宽窄尺度：1024 X 768或更小，图像大小：800kb或更少。图像要转至正确的观赏角度。
9. No entry will be judged without paid fees.(entry fee must be received no later than 11:59AM 7-28-2011.) 会方必须在2011年7月28日11点59分AM前收到稿费，否则稿件将不被评分。
10. Entry forms must be filled out and sent electronically. Paypal account should be sent to samzzpsny@gmail.com with the notation for PSNY Exhibition.本次比赛只接受网上伸请，投稿， 付费。
11. No acceptance card will be issued.不会发出入选卡。
12. We are no longer accept CDs, or DVDs and e-mail entry. 本次比赛不再接受光碟和电邮投稿。

17. Judging will be done by projecting images on a
screen with
an electronic projector at a resolution of 1024x736
set to
16.7million colors. In each section the entrant’s four
images will
be distributed throughout four rounds of judging.

How to Size and Prepare a Digital Image
For a Horizontal oriented image, the size is 1024 pixels on the long side, allowing the vertical size to adjust where it will with the 'Constrain Proportions' box checked.
For a Vertical oriented image, the size is 768 pixels on the tall side, allowing the horizontal size to adjust where it will with the 'Constrain Proportions' box checked.
