美国摄影学会（PSA）中国区首席国际代表、美国摄影学会（中国）（PSA China）主席邓大端先生，美国摄影学会（PSA）国际代表、中国区地区主任王莉女士和美国摄影学会（PSA）国际代表沈健先生成为2012年PSA 3月会刊《聚焦》专栏的焦点（作者：会刊副总编 Elena Mctighe,Apsa,PPSA ）。专栏对他们在中国所做的工作给以了充分肯定。

邓大端先生在短短的三年里，成功地介绍了106位摄影爱好者加入美国摄影学会（PSA）。在科罗拉多斯普林斯年会上邓大端先生晋升为5星级会员。他在中国建立了多个摄影基地，在2009年的西部黄石PSA年会上，荣获了2009年年度国际代表奖。他一直充满热情、不知疲倦地努力帮助中国摄影人了解和熟悉美国摄影学会。他培训教育中国会员怎样参加PSA认证的国际摄影大赛，并鼓励他们积极参与。在他的努力推动下，中国正在成为世界各地国际摄影赛事的新生力量。

王莉女士是一位积极向上、精力充沛的美国摄影学会（PSA）的支持者。讲着一口流利英语的王莉女士，在中国会员保持、发展和解决会员问题方面起着关键的作用。她负责美国摄影学会（中国）的管理和运营，她谙熟组织并积极地服务于摄影人。邓大端先生和王莉女士也都是专心致志为中国会员服务的优秀摄影师，他们是正在冉冉升起的新星。王莉女士于2009年加入美国摄影学会（PSA），在2010年查尔斯顿年会上就荣获了本年度国际代表奖。

另一位鹊起的人物是沈健先生。他默默地工作在美国摄影学会（中国）的团队中，组织了许多次专题讨论会、外出采风和演讲，鼓励中国会员积极参加国际摄影大赛。美国摄影学会照片收集部副主席——吴振亨先生（APSA, EPSA）说：“我认为沈健先生是美国摄影学会（中国）（PSA China）会员关系和会员培训的粘合剂。”2011年，沈健先生专门接待了美国摄影学会到中国采风的代表团，并提供了全面的支持。除此之外，沈健先生是一位成功的摄影师，在国际赛事中赢得了若干奖项，包括在2011年美国摄影学会（PSA）国际摄影大赛的旅游摄影组中荣获的PSA金奖。

PSA Journal:Focus International Leaders

This month the Journal’s occasional article entitled Focus, which features a member or member club, turns to a group of International Up-And-Coming-Leaders: individuals who during a short tenure of membership have made significant contributions to the Photographic Society of America (PSA).

David Daduan Deng, Li Wang and Shen Jian are international members from China.

David Daduan Deng is the Lead Country International Relationships (IR) Director for China and has recruited many PSA members. After referring 106 new members, he received his 5th membership star after only three years of membership at the Colorado Springs Conference. Along with his assistant, Li Wang, he is responsible for building PSA China into a very strong organization with bases in several geographic areas in China and has appointed International Relationship Directors in those places. David received the International Representative of the Year Award at the Conference in West Yellowstone (2009). He is an enthusiastic and tireless supporter of PSA and works hard to help Chinese photographers learn about the Society and to access PSA services. He educates Chinese PSA members on how to enter PSA-recognized international exhibitions, and encourages them to enter. As a result of his effort, there is a new force from China entering the international exhibitions worldwide.

 Li Wang

Li Wang is an International Relationship Director in Beijing and a Region Director for China, and David’s assistant. She is an active, energetic supporter of PSA, speaks fluent English and therefore plays a critical role in recruitment, retention and problem solving for Chinese PSA members. She is the primary conduit and point of contact between the Society and PSA China. She is responsible for the administration and operations of PSA China, which is exceptionally well organized and is very actively serving photographers in China. Both David and Li are excellent photographers who are involved in the delivery of services to PSA China members. Both are deserving of recognition as rising stars. Li Wang has received her 4th membership star and is well on her way to getting her 5th membership star. She has referred 92 new members. Li joined PSA in 2009 and the following year (2010) she received the International Representative of the Year Award at the Charleston Conference.

Shen Jian

Another up and comer from China is Shen Jian who is the International Relationship Director in Shanghai. He is a silent worker in the PSA China team and has conducted many workshops, field trips, and given talks encouraging PSA members in China to enter international exhibitions. Image Collections Vice President, Henry Ng, APSA, EPSA, says, “I can say Shen Jian is the glue in PSA China member relationships and education.” Shen was directly involved in being sure that the PSA delegation to China in 2011 was supported in every way. And in addition, he is an accomplished photographer and exhibition award winner, including a PSA Gold medal in the Photo Travel Projected Image section of the 2011 PSA International Exhibition. Shen Jian joined the Society in 2009 and has referred 25 new members. The Shanghai Photographers Association selected him for the prestigious Top 10 Photographers in Shanghai in 2010.
