PSA membership is opened to any one or camera club in the world and there are no restrictions based on age, skill, sex, race, business, or profession.
美國攝影學會(PSA)会员向全球个人及摄影社团开放，不论年龄、性别、种族、
摄影技能、专业或商务背景。
PSA membership due is US $53 per year for oversea countries for individual or a camera club; US $35.00 for Youth (under 18 years old); US $47.00 for individual Senior (72 years and older) and US $76.00 for a Joint Membership. A Joint Membership is a spouse or other household member residing at the SAME ADDRESS as the primary member. Discount will be given for 2 or 3 year memberships.
美國攝影學會(PSA)国际（非美国、加拿大及墨西哥居民）会员年费：19 至 71岁个人或社团53美元， 18岁及以下年龄35美元，72岁及以上年龄47美元，家庭会员每家76美元-家庭会员是指全体成员居住在同一地址。同时缴纳二至三年会员费有更多优惠。
The PSA membership also includes 12 issues of the PSA Journal magazine. Every issue of the Journal includes articles with examples of outstanding photography, "how to" information, data on the latest equipment, book reviews, and news about PSA members and their activities and accomplishments.
美國攝影學會(PSA)会员年费包括12期PSA杂志，每期包含介绍优秀摄影作品的文章，“教你怎样做”，最新器材的数据，书刊评论，PSA会员动态及成就的新闻，等等。
