What is PSA International Representatives?
什么是PSA国际代表？
PSA has representatives worldwide to assist PSA members of the countries they represent and to welcome members from other parts of the world. They are also volunteers who help their fellow photographers. PSA International Representatives (IR's) are nominated by the Chairmen of the European Affairs Committee and the Asian Affairs Committee, and appointed by the Director of the PSA Office of International Affairs.
PSA委托其国际代表（IR）在全球欢迎并帮助各国PSA成员，他们是由PSA欧洲事务委员会及亚洲事务委员会提名的志愿者，并由PSA国际事务办公室主任任命。
